Website Design
- Payments for website design and development are non-refundable once the project has started.
- If a project is cancelled before work begins, a full refund will be issued.
SEO & Monthly Services
- Monthly SEO subscriptions can be cancelled with at least 14 days’ notice before the next billing cycle.
- If a minimum commitment (e.g., 6 or 12 months) is agreed, early termination requires payment for the remaining minimum period unless stated otherwise in the signed proposal.
Google Ads & Backlink Fees Any advertising spend or third-party publication fees are non-refundable as they are paid directly to external providers.
